Default Supplements for cutting

Anyone any opinions on particular cutting supps they have tried.

I'm asking this for opinion more than a direct question. ie. I'm not currently preparing a cut and really want to know what to use, I have my own opinions on what supps I think work and what supps are bullshit just general interest.

Also please can this be strictly a supplements thread. Diet and cardio are of course the principle agents in any cutting regime of which any regular members hopefully know I'm well aware.

Just interested in peoples opinion's and any results people have had using different products.

Personally I am about to try AV sesathin and Melting point as well as CLA in a stack together. So bring on the cramping.

Personally I'm optimistic about the AVS. CLA has good reviews everywhere I have read but obviously is by no means a wonder product. As for the MP well I like DS as a company but expect little more than placebo if I'm honest. Just had some lying around from my supplement junkie days.

As for anything else I have tried.

Eph - reduces my appetite too much.

Lean extreme - good if cortisol is a problem. ie. It does exactly what it says on the tin but will be of little significance for most people.

Clen - Good don't experience anything like the sides some can personally but didn't do a great deal IMO.

So any opinions on any of the above or anything else anyone has tried? This would be good for newbies to read so as not to waste their hard earned cash on marketing bollox.
