Steve, correct me if i'm wrong, but you've run both M1T and Superdrol fairly recently? Both of these are probably the culprits of your bad liver values - excessive protein would be an issue for your kidneys, not liver.

I'd follow these guys advice on detox stuff, as well as supplementing NAC, which IMO is highly underrated. Cutting saturated fats from your diet will also help the liver, as it has to deal with those - primarily though, it's just time - your liver will fix itsself if you allow it to.

Yes most of the pro-hormones appear to be very liver toxic.

Milk thistle is very cheap so easily acquired for little outlay.

Disagree with Raz sorry dude

Glutathione is composed of the three amino acids: cysteine, glutamine and glycine. Glutamine and glycine are fairly common in the body; sometimes we can run a little short of cysteine.

However NAC (N-Acetyl-l-Cysteine) is a waste if using high amounts of whey. They both accomplish the same thing which is provide a cysteine to boost glutathione (whey does a better job at trasporting the cysteine intracellularly anyway)

If you want something synergistic to whey use R-ALA instead. Although actually considering the fact you aren't taking any whey it may be a good idea.

Plus quite a few people disagree with me

I never thought Protien could cause your liver to go haywire? You learn something new everyday.
