I saw good gains and increase in size (mainly due to water retention) on Creatine Monohydrate, with next to nothing on CEE. I think the main thing is the placebo effect that the increased hotness/sweating/AWAREness of being on Monohydrate compared to feeling nothing on CEE was the biggest problem, because whilst feeling 'on', i trained harder as a result. Now that CEE has been around for a bit of time, what do people actually think about it, does it give good results? I want people who have actualy physical evidence of it working rather than the science behind it. Tell me your stories, is CEE better than monohydrate or just another 'wonder creatine' like 100 products on the market? Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

Mono has been around for ages and is proven to work and not harm you but out comes CEE and all of a sudden Mono is pants??!!?? Another forum, which I fell out with, is full of keyboard Olympians saying how awesome it is because you can get a bin liner of it from Jimmy McBigs Protein Shed for 4 Weetabix tokens and a Girls Aloud CD. I think half the people on that forum own companies selling it and are catching newbies as the first log on to a forum in their quest for knowledge. I've not used it but have friends who have sampled it for me as a potential new product, some gained a bit, some nothing at all. Consensus of opinion was it seemed to work for some but no bettter than mono. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! | Making Progress | my training partner is taking it, he thinks its working. He didnt benchpress for 2weeks as he missed a week but when he benched he did his best lift ever benching. hes very infrequent with his training aswell, ill ask him tonight how hes finding it with the rest of his workouts. Ive been taking cell tech for 13 weeks, just opened a new tub too, soon as that runs out i might take a break for abit then try CEE. |
