| Under Construction | Hi everyone i need a bit of help with creatine, i have jsut started loading creatine for the first time, but unfortunatly due to beeing ill i have not been able to get tot he gym for 2 weeks, (back monday all being well), i did the loading 5 days then been taking the maintence dose, i seem to have got a bit of a belly back, just a small amount, but could this be from the creatine of simple due to not getting to the gym? one of my mates reckons its the creatine but i am not so sure! any help wil be great! thanks everyone! |

The other thing is where did you buy your creatine or what kind is it?
