Green Tea extract powder - Bulk Powders

What is a serving of this?

Seems like strong stuff, and it just came in plain packaging so no guide as to how much to take

I got some citrulline malate, l-carnitine and something else and the instructions were pants, it gave an idea of how much you should take in mg's but didn't say what a level teaspoon (example) would have given.

The stuff tasted foul and is lying in my cupboard.

I may own a supplement company but still buy stuff from other companies if we don't produce it or to try rival companies products, this is the foulest stuff I've ever came across and the labelling does not meet with trading standards regulations either.

Dosage for all their products is specified on the website. I personally think if you're going to take things which have such low dosages, you should get some cheap electric scales - that's what i've done.

ebay has some good deals on electronic scales, i highky recommend you guys invest in a capping kit (~15) if your gonna buy powders, like doug said, most of the taste foul.

It does taste INCREDIBLY bad, and it isn't soluble in water! Considering getting some capsule cases and filling them, question is, where do i get those?

for small amounts of powder-why not just wrap it in a rizla and swallow it-admittedly i wouldnt want to do 5g of creatine like this,but for smaller amouts it shoul be fine :idea:

I got my scales from an ebay shop called "uk scales china". They are pretty good.
