Default Get rid of that gut

any 1 wanting 2 lose weight should use hidroxycut i was 18stone but now im 15 and a half used for about 9 weeks Verry good stuff.
Any 1 els think so

I've used hydroxycut before and found it to be not that helpful to me.

I found that just by lowering my carbs until I reached a point whereby my bodyfat began to drop helped. Along with a raised protein intake and good ole fashioned cardio
