I agree, crap, anything thing that claims to be better than steroids, is genreally crap.

What is the ingredients of the product? I hate it when the advertise a product & never tell u what's in it? :-( Most probably coz it contains a little bit of zinc & sugar lol

If u can't find out what is in it, I wouldn't waste my money on it.

I agree, I think its another vanadyl or chromium piccolonate job, some scientific evidence on lab rats or some small scale study done on humans (but not bodybuilders) which will show some results that may be gained by starting training or tidying up your diet anyway.

Anything that claims "better than steroids" and is that cheap in my opinion is pants.
