Hi, can i add Strawberry Nesquick to my un-flavoured whey? i felt a bit queezy trying to drink it with water after my workout the other day!

Yes, you'll find a lot of people add nesquick to unfalvoured whey, otherwise it is an aquired taste to say the least.

Isn't the sugar content a problem? i saved money buying the un flavoured stuff so i could afford to add an extra drink in the day but then theres the sugar content in the Nesquick!
Still i suppose its tiny compared to whats in a Kingsize Mars Bar!?

yes there is alot of sugar in nesquick. i would only use it PWO if i was you

Thats why i bought the unflavoured, perhaps i'll wheen myself down each day on the serving of Nesquick until i can bare the taste straight.

you could blend some fresh fruit in with it, fructose is better than the sucrose in nesquick
