Default L-carnitine

Has anyone had tryed L-carnitine for weight loss or seen a scientific study on the subject? I tryed it for a month with ephedra and lost alittle weight, but couldnt tell if it was the L-car. or the ephedra.

Hi Jackwade,

I have tried both supplements & got results from ephedra but i didn't get much from L-carnitine apart from an increase in endurance. Maybe u could try an ECA stack? But then again my bodyfat level is low so i don't use fat burners often.

ya, i did seem to get more energy from the L-carnitine. It is one of the main ingredients in those "energy drinks" like Rockstar Energy Drink.

hahaha she's a pornstar :-) Well i heard DHT are androgenic with weak anabolic properties. So it is mainly used in cutting stack or a pre-workout boost. So it cannot convert to estrogen but will give u hair loss if ur prone to it, oily skin, acne & testicle shrinkage may occur.
I have even heard that they may have some ant-estrogen properties but I have never taken it so I don't know for sure.
