| Under Construction Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 31 Rep Power: ![]() | Has anyone had tryed L-carnitine for weight loss or seen a scientific study on the subject? I tryed it for a month with ephedra and lost alittle weight, but couldnt tell if it was the L-car. or the ephedra. |

Maybe u could try an ECA stack? But then again my bodyfat level is low so i don't use fat burners often. |

I have not done any research on the subject myself. What do you know and what would you recomend? ... and by the way, NICE TITS!! |

So it is mainly used in cutting stack or a pre-workout boost. So it cannot convert to estrogen but will give u hair loss if ur prone to it, oily skin, acne & testicle shrinkage may occur.
