Default Solgar extra potent multi vitamins

I have been taking one a day now for the past 3 weeks, but after a couple of hours my urine turns illuminous yellow, can anyone explain why this is?? is it normal??

Its the high vitamin C content most likely. Just make sure your drinking lots of water

il get it all the time when i take my multivitimin all it is is the toxins cumng out of your body its not bad its very common

I would guess that the multi vitamin has almost all or more of each vitamin type you need, the rest you still get from food...therefore, your body is getting rid of the excess it doesnt need...and yes it is normal
