I was wondering if anyone is using G.S. for controlling insulin, does it work for you, and when do you take it. I hear it is good to take before bed to boost insulin levels while you sleep. |

I am interested in controlling my insulin levels in order to keep my body in an anabolic (muscle growing) state, instead of having it slip into a catabolic (muscle burning) state that tends to happen during fasting. I read that controlling insulin levels is important for maximizing these anabolic affects. I though that G.S. might be a good way of controlling these levels, but I am still doing research. |
