I have lost just under a stone in weight in under a two months but recently changed my training to incorporate super-sets for shoulders, arms and back. Also I have bought a bottle of EPH25+, this month. I was wondering if anyone could recommend how often and how much to use?(baring in mind I am a bit overweight and weight 245lbs) And how quickly will I see results? ______________________ If you can't join them, beat them. |

Try one tablet, and if that's not hitting you hard enough, up it to two - I wouldn't recommend more than that though. In terms of when you use it, you can use it pre workout as a booster, or maybe 2 spaced throughout the day as a thermobolic. |

Eph increases your rate and the buzz it gives you can lead to you overdoing it and hurting yourself. There is loads of info on the net. I have used it for 2 years with no problems but it is to be respected. |

Actually whilst clen should only really be used for two week stints the effects of eph can cumulatively increase over longer periods. See Gopro ironmagazineforums.com for a detailed explanation |

How long should I use EPH for I was instructed to use it for a maximum of 6 weeks as I am only using it prior to training and not everyday. Does that sound about right? I understand that you don't build up a resistence to the ephedrine but you do build up a resistence/dependence to the caffiene? ______________________ If you can't join them, beat them. |
