| Under Construction | i was recommended this by a mate. Apparently it delivers 500 calories when mixing 75g of it with half a pint of full fat milk. Per 75g serving Energy-1281kj Protein-7.5g Carbs-56.5g Fat-5.3g ive always used protein shakes untill now, my gains have been pretty good, ive gained half a stone in a month, i think this is down to eating and not the shakes, but any thoughts on what im neckings appreciated. sean. ______________________ http://www.glcforum.com/forums/uploa...7_57_35415.jpg |
