Protein and creatine work very well together. Im no expert but creatine helps carry the protein to your muscles helping them recover quicker and get bigger too.
Dont take all your protein in one big lump, try and spread it out through the day.

thats great but u probably didn't need whey protein isolate.

isolate is like the super version of the standard whey concentrate that most people (me included) take.

It is roughly twice the price

its great, so if you can afford it then go for it.

i go through a 5lb tub in about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, so you might go through this 2lb tub in a week ;/

personally i would go for 5lb tubs of dymatize elite whey, myprotein.co.uk unflavoured (tom whats the deal you quoted on the other thread?), or www.bulkpowders.co.uk 5kg tub.

dymatize is the most expensive out of those 3, still nowhere near the price of what u just said, but about 25 for 5lb from www.cheapuksupplements.co.uk and tastes great (try mint choc)

Goto http://www.myprotein.co.uk/index.cfm...-price-matcher type in www.bulkpowders.co.uk into the price matcher then goto the 5kg whey offer, then order the whey. Then enter my code into the billing page to get a further 5% off.

23.75 for 5kgs, cheap as chips.

Thanks Tom, Ill get through the 'All the whey' then check out yours.

By the way, I'm not too keen on the Whey protein mixed with water, however, mixed with semi skimmed milk it is delicious, 8 oz of milk 3 times a day is ok isn't it?

i'm using the reccomended amount of water. It may sound stupid but is is a bit watery!! ops: I think I may try it with a little less water. It is nice with milk though & I suppose milk is good for me!!!
