is it a wast of time to use ZMA wile on a test cycle?

ZMA is relatively inexpensive, so it wouldnt do you any harm. Theroetically if you are deficient in any of the ingredients then it would hold back your natural test production, but by injecting test your natural test production is gonna go out of the window anyway !

keep the ZMA for PCT.
