| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Scotland Posts: 67 Rep Power: ![]() | yeah, I found prolab to be fine, on a par with the rest of the 5lb tub crew: reflex, mypro, designer etc. I mixed it with water and although taste is a personal thing I found reflex instant whey better in that department but Prolab is a decent enough brand imo. |

It is also aspartame, gum and thickener free. Whats the point in adding gum to a product which the body needs to absorb fast after training? All it does is block/slow down the body's ability to digest the protein and it stops the whey frothing up when you mix it, ours does go frothy because it is additive free but its damned easy to digest and is ultra low in lactose and sodium.
