hi

tribulus a waste of time and money for somebody his age, his natural testosterone levels will be so high anyway at 16 ( probably at their highest for his whole life), and tribulus will pretty much do nothing.

protein definitely a good idea. Tell him not to run into anything too fast, he should train and eat solidly until he is about 18 then if he still wants more boosting then go for creatine etc

Nick

would ZMA be good to keep his levels high or would that be a waste of time as well.?

its cheap so it wouldnt be that much harm but in my opinion a waste of time

if hes a good way into puberty/towards the end in the spotty zone (i think u know what i mean) then his test levels will never be higher.

just tell him to train and eat hard and hes in the best position, and that it takes time. 2 years time he will be huge if he sticks to it.

The gains you will naturally make being so young will be amazing if you train, eat and sleep hard.
You dont need to be concerned about supplements the gains you will make naturally will keep you happy.

Id only suggest taking a good whey protein with a good Creatine for a good few years.

Remember the key TRAIN HARD, EAT BIG & SLEEP WELL.

Once you've eaten, eat some more. Then eat some more and eat again.
Then start over.
Dont under estimate your diet.
