I just ordered some stuff from Bulk Powders, delivery time was ok but was not impressed with thetubs which arrived.

There was no seal on the inside of the tubs, one of the lids was not on properly although nothing had spilled out and there is no decent instructions about using the products.

I got Acetyl L-Carn, Phenibut, Citrulline Malate and taurine, prices were good but now I need to research on their usage and weigh out the powder as to find out how much poder is needed to give 3gr and 5 gr of the various products. A sticker saying "use a level/heaped teaspoon" or whatever would be a big help.

I've found in this business some people don't want to have to work all these things out themselves, they would rather follow the instructions given the opportunity.

Other huge supplement sites such as 1fast400 who sell bulk products also use similar tubs without seals as i have read on another forum, however we have noticed that the pressure foam seals inside the lids are not working well. Due to this all products in their 2nd batches have tamper evident sealed tubs for extra protection.

Some products are already shipping with these. All the whey proteins and dextrose are tamper evident, along with certain others in their 2nd batches such as glutamine, NAC, flax, glucosamine, vitamin/min, creapure. All others will be shipping with tamper evident tubs soon as well.

With regard to the instructions, all products have a recommended usage on the tubs, including a recomended serving size. However it is not always possible to include a measurement in terms of a teaspoon, as something that has a serving of 60mg would not be possible to measure using a teaspoon. We will look to include teaspoon measurements on products with larger serving sizes though.

Cheers

Default out of date!

I was looking at the sizes and they are huge! But would the suplement run out of date before you have finished with it!

Say I bought 1kg of creatine and 20kg or protein!

Yep the Best Before Date on the current batch is Nov 2006 if i remember correctly. It will still be ok beyond this point but we are legally bound to have a Best Before Date.

Products like creatine etc should last even longer provided they are stored somewhere cool and dry.

Cheers.
