course of sus and deca

hi all im starting my first course of sus and deca, how many times do i need to have a shot of each per week i have been told 1 shot of 100mg of each a week, is this right? cheers
and is there a website to buy them off cheap and not fake?
how much should it cost for a 10 week course on sus and deca? thanks

Manclad, this should be posted in steroids forum. If this is your first cycle all you need is 10 weeks of test cypionate at 500mg a week. For PCT use Nolva for 4 weeks. Keep it simple is my advice.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you need to do a lot more research before you start a cycle. There's tons of good info in the steroid forum.
