Tastes really acidic and is way over priced. Forget it mate, Save your money and get some pure creatine as you'll get just as good results.

Same goes with their nitrotech too.

Hype, Hype , Hype

Sorry, but I bought some ages ago and trust me its CRAP!

Really, most of the Whey powders are pretty much the same mate. I personally choose on taste and I really like prolabs vannila "pure whey".

As long as you get some good nutrition and train smart you cant really go wrong. Supplament companies can make any statements about their products as they are classed as a food not as a medicine, so legally they can get away with far more.

Just stick to a reasonable priced powder and forget the stuff at ridiculous prices.

Same here
I use to try all sort of stuff years ago. None of it was worth the price in my opinion.

I only take whey and creatine now as a supplement. Other stuff works to some effect (like weight gainer, amino tabs) but its just worth the dosh imho

cee, reflex, dymatize and 100% on whey are the best in my opinion
