Default ephadrine and eating

can i take ephadrine whilst eating normally and training and still strip body fat? :? :?

not quite sure i understand your question :?

Ephidrine is a stimulant so it will help u train harder, thus help u strip bodyfat if this is how your training. I find it does however affect my appetite, i struggle to eat afterwards.

Yes eph will help you strip fat while eating ordinary and training.

Eph is a stimulant BUT its also a thermogenic which means it raises the core body temp allowing more cals to be burnt than usual.

ah thats why im so bloody hot through training!!!! and in bed at night!!! ive probably sweated more weight off.thanks for the reply mate its exactly what i needed to know.
