| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 635 Rep Power: ![]() | im looking to cut for the summer but still build muscle. i ran out of protein shakes, and amino acids about a month ago and have since lost half a stone - although this is good for cutting 4 the summer, i dont want to lose any muscle mass. Having tried loads of supplements before like reflex protein, creatine, tribulus etc - the best product iv tried was anabolic amino 10,000's - there ****ing awesome and noticed some real progress is size and power. il deffinately be re ordering them, but want to include some other supplements in my diet. are there any recommendations for good value protein shakes? or any other products that would meet my demand. Also want to order sum ephadrine but dont know which stuff is the real deal. is eph+25 the real stuff? cheers 4 any help. si |
