Default Weight Gainers

Anybody use weight gainers

I use them before in the past but found them bit too expensive. I think I will just aim for an extra 1000 to 1200 cal per day just to gimme that edge.

Cheers dudes

I have tried the oats in a shake but its tough to drink. You seem to require a lot of water for a relatively small amount of oats. Do you just put them in a blender with water and protein powders?

Gary has posted a good shake based on rice and skimmed milk powder. Am gonna give it a go see how I get on.

Cheers
John

you must have a really high metabolism, and you are pretty young still too which helps a great deal.
