Default Recommended Protein Shakes

Can anyone reccomed a good protein shake?? I dont want anything to fancy as I dont want to be massive!!!! Something cheap but good would be ideal!

Theres quite a few decent ones out there, depends what you mean by cheap really.

What sort of money do you want to spend?

don't worry mate you won't get massive on protien shakes alone no matter how expensive they are. Dymatize are quite good value for money and taste great. I have optimum nutritions 10lb bag of vanilla which is pretty decent too.

i like met rx sachets the strawberry flavour is my favourite but vanila and chocalate taste nice aswell plus it contains glutamine.
they were on special offer at gnc recently 20 quid for a box of 20 sachets.

extreme proteins and MRP's are very good i am one week away from the NABBA finals and i am using it in my diet...and taste great....

i use extremes stuff alot and its the best tasting one you will get ,vanilla 8)
