Default Fish Oils improve concentration

Research has been done on Children to see if Omega 3 Improves there concentration.

110 kids were chosen half given olive oil once a day and half given fish oil or capsules of fish and evening primrose oil (omega 3 and 6)

The results showed that the half taking the fish oil showed marked improvement in concentration and results in there school work.

It also was said to have improved there self confidence, so seems like Omega 3 and fish are indeed brain as well as body food.

i read something about this about a year ago

aparently when you do something new it creats a new path in your brain and every time you do it the path becomes bigger and stronger as you learn. taking omega 3 can aid this process (it was a year ago so the details are a little sketchy)

i also hear that hgh is good for this
