Soya milk is just marginally better for calories & protein but has 1/2 the sugar and a 1/4 of the saturated fat of semi skimmed milk. It also contain omega 3 & 6 and a selection of other vitamins that milk doesnt.

What does it taste like? I remember trying it as a kid and it nearly made me throw up.

You get used to it m8, its hard to discribe really. All you can do is try it, if its in a protein shake its pretty much masked by the flavour of the protein.
