cheers Stu, think i'll buy plenty in as they are on sale just now.
Sam flaxseed is an omega 3 oil, hope ur getting plenty of omega 6 oils as well, as the omega oils should be consumed in a certain ratio to prevent a defficency. if ur not eating a lot of fish, nuts etc try supplementing a fish oil or sesame oil.

No fish oils to the best of my knowledge and after doing a web search only contain Omega 3.

Flaxseed has both 3 and 6, Walnuts interestingly enough also contain both 3 and 6.

I'm thinking Veggies use Flaxseed as its one of the few none fish sources of omega 3.

On saying that most people consume a lot of Omega 6 in there diet already and this has to be balanced out with Omega 3 as to much Omega 6 and not enough Omega 3 isn't good for us.

So maybe just go for the Omega 3 as a lot of things like nuts, corn, sunflower seeds etc contain a lot of omega 6 already and studies are showing that most people already get a lot of it in there diets.
