- 'Ribose' has been proven (by research) to help increase muscular energy, boost stamina, and help recovery. It is also a powerful energy source that is naturally occurring in the human body and cells within the body. D-Ribose is also a very efficient way to improve your energy when working out as its participation in the synthesis of ATP in the muscle cell which enhances performance and helps in the recovery of muscle after an intense workout!
