Default creatine help!!

is Creatine Ethyl Ester a better choice then creatine monoydrate and do they even work? I am training natural at the moment with a good diet as i am no way near my natural potential yet and want to know if CEE or monohydrate will give me a edge when working out like better pumps, increase in muscle, recovery times that food alone would not give?

Although I have heard that some people respond differently. There is a thread on this somewhere. I personally find it good. Iinitially I gained 5lb maybe, but for me this was just water retention (I think - not sure) and lost it when I stopped . Kept strength gains but wasn't able to work at the same intensity

Cheers
John
