ECA is Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin. This can also be used when dieting as it also raises the metabolic rate by ~3%. The caffeine can help you work out longer and the aspirin keeps the blood thinner. Both have side effects which can be quite bad, shakes, high blood pressure, dehydration etc. But they are both effective as an aid to dieting (obviously sitting on your arse eating cake and taking clen is gonna do next to nothing!!!). Hope this helps? |
