Default What about Amino Acids!?

Hey guys

Amino Acids should be good for recovering & growing muscels.. if Im correct?!
How about if you take Amino Acids + Protain + Creating... 3 times a day, is it too much?
So, what is the limit or the minimum intake per day!?

Any suggestion?

Thanks

if you are using a quality protein powder then you shouldn't need to worry too much about Aminos.

Have your protein drink first thing in the morning, after training and bedtime.

Creatine level teaspoon at breakfast and after training, this is the 2 times per day your body is most open to digest nutrients.

Hi Extreme

Thanks for ur reply/suggestion.

As far as I know... creatine should be taken for 4-6 weeks and then stop using it for 6 weels so that ur body does not get used to it otherwise it wont help much, is that correct!?!

Does creatine just give you mainly power and strength or is there anymore???

Thanks

Bump on what extreme said, if you have a good whey blend there's no need for an amino complex. Taurine is good for a pre workout enery boost and BCAAs are good if you're cutting and want to keep muscle loss to a minimum.

As for creatine there's no need to cycle IMO. Just be sure to drink plenty of water to help your kidneys out.

you don't need to cycle creatine you can use it for as long as you want, just keep hydrated and it won't do you any harm

... which means drinking a lot of water?!?
I realised (maybe I am wrong) that when I take creatine before training, I do sweat a lot more and makes me drink much more water as usual, which then makes me feel much more "pumped up"

*probably cos the water been bumped up in the blood*

Thanks

Creatine causes intra-muscular water retention, its has nothing to do with the amount of water in your blood lol

Basically it means water is retained within the muscle cell and not under the skin. This will obviously give your muscles a fuller look.
