Ahhhaaaaaaaaa thats why do the muscle look much bigger while talking creating and doing extercises... hmmmm but it always goes back to the normal size after been resting, would be good if it would be staying as big :P

They do stay larger, that is why you'll be heavier when using creatine than when you're not.

Creatine is an energy source used by the body during anaerobic exercise like weights, that's why it should be taken after training to replenish the used creatine within the muscle cells.

after wards as that is when the creatine is absorb more easily as you have used up all the creatine that was stored in them muscle from last time

the 2 times in the day you will absorb creatine best is breakfast and post workout.

So after training on training days and at breakfast on non training days.

You DO NOT NEED TO CYCLE CREATINE, that is old theories which have been proven to be humbug in clinical trials.
