Default Dextrose:Creatine Ratio

I've been looking at all the different Creatine supplements recently, the ones that are apparently better than the rest etc etc. Most include Dextrose to create a insulin spike to help absorb the Creatine.

But what is a decent ratio in grams of Dextrose:Creatine? Most seem to have a huge ammount of dextrose, is it to much?

Thanks guys :!:

Forgot to add, is it true that Dextrose is absorb to quickly for Creatine to be any use anyway? Should it be split with Maltodextrin aswell?

about 25g of dextrose is enough to create a sufficient spike. I don't bopther with it though CEE is absorbed much better than monohydrate so doesn't require an insluin spike.
