I've never had a problem with the taste of normal creatine, but from what i've heard off here CEE is discusting! Just mix it with your protein shake? or with some juice? ______________________ Benj |

| Yep your wrong there are alot of myths about creatine intake. One of them is that you shouldnt drink it with an acidic drink. I find this laughable because the acid in your stomach is stronger than the acid from any fruit juice. Another myth is that it shouldn't be taken with caffiene, several studies have since proved this to be wrong also. Creatine can be taken with pretty much anything. It can be heated as well. During the loading phase i have been known to chuck 5g of monohydrate into spagetti bolognaise, it will still be absorbed just fine. The most effective way to take it is post workout with dextrose. This creates an insulin spike, driving the creatine and nutrients into the muscle cells. | |
