Having said that a whey shake is great for a fast infusion of amino acids for when you wake up and post workout. A casein based shake is great before bed as it takes several hours to be fully digested. |

| Making Progress | yeah i get what your saying mate,and im definately stuffing my face with as much quality food as i can get..my protein /carb intake seems about right,but when i add up the calories it only comes to around 3700/4000...im already taking whey,and i havent got a big appetite at the best of times...any advice? ______________________ im forever blowing bubbles pretty bubbles in the air they fly so high,nearly reach the sky then like my dreams they fade and die |
