I was taking this 3 times a day, but I found that it only lasted me just over 1 week. At 34.95 I couldn't really afford to start buying this every month. Instead I bought some Body Fortress Whey Protein and some Creatine which should last about 1 month, in total it came to 30. I have also increased my diet and I am having Pasta + Chicken for every lunch. Anyway, I am looking to build up to be really big but I don't want to resort to Steriods, is it possible to do this without steriods? I had considered buying some Test boosters as I don't always feel that I have the grunt to work out, not sure if this is the right track or not what do you guys think? Thanks, Bob325. |

what you really need to do is get a good diet plan sorted and stick to it. kepp the shakes for first thing upon waking and after training. this will save you money on these. you need to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours throughout the day. protein and carbs do you have any ideas of how many calories you are eating daily? | |

I have a Protein shake in the morning for breakfast, lunchtime I would have either a Tuna or chicken pasta salad. When I get in at night I would have eitehr a Pizza or chicken burger with chips followed by 3 Body fortress amino acid tablets. Then after the gym I would have 3 more amino acid tables and a Protein shake. Either way it must be working as I am now 13 stone, plus one of the guys from the gym who hadn't seen me for about 3 weeks said that he noticed a big difference. He was quite surprise at my progress in 3 weeks. Thanks for all the advice. bob325 |

| dude your diet is till awful though. ( I genuinely don't mean this offensively its just really bad) Great that its working but you could achieve so much more witha proper diet. U need to be aiming for 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight every day spread over about 6 meals every 2.5 - 3 hours. U should avoid any junk food for a start and try to up water intake cut out fizzy drinks make sure u get lots of rest and you will be well on your way without steroids. How often are you training? For how long? ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |
