| Making Progress | Ive been looking all day for an official goverment list of the RDAs of vits and mins, still no luck at 2.30am! What I have is close, but different sites say different things.. | Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | yeah this is one that baffles me aswell tom, i always overdose on vit c . i always take a multi vitamin daily. the one you dont want to overdose on is vitamin a, man you,ll get bad side affects. did you here the story about the explorers? |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | well i,ll cut it short, there was a load of explorers about ????? years ago, doing a expedition to the north pole, they had this good idea to eat polar bear, ploar bear is full of vitamin a, big mistake,they overdoes on it big time. they got shits, sickness, dizzyness,memory loss, temporary blindness, and run out of bog roll, what a messy site wneh they found them it dont take alot to overdose on vitamin a, about 5 - 10 tabs i think, slip some in a mates drink at the pub. |
