Default Protein powder and cooking chocolate

I wants to try somthing out tonight, and wants to know if itll be safe to mix these together?

tbh i dont think cooking chocolate would be good for a bodybuilding diet,

just my opinion though.

OK well.. I done it a few days ago. I made a normal batch then had 3 little peices to test it out on.

I put a whole scoop of extreme whey into a small amount of cooking chocoalte, at first i didnt think it would mix in, but it did after a few minutes of mixing, it went really stiff so had to spoon if out of the jug onto the flapjack. I tasted some out of the jug and it was horrible, but the set chocolate the next day way really nice, just a bit hard. I dont know if the protein was still bioavailible, you cant tell can you, maybe Doug can answer that for me?

If you want the recipe Ill send it to you, but you will have to adjust it as it has lots of naughty things in
