At first I was using when I went running, then I finaly got myself down to a gym when I done a loading phase of 30grams a day for 7 days.. now im on 10grams before and after exercise.

Its worked, but not enough for my liking. Maybe due to not enough protein and calories

Ill have to cut down if its going to last till April

Hello Tom

How is the training coming on, gym wise and army wise.

You dont want to use the creatine for too long bud otherwise your body will stop its own natural production.

Recommended useage is 4-5 weeks on and 4 weeks off, just to be sure

J

Ill make next week my last week of my cycle then.

Training Gym wise, its going good. 3 days a week, doing full body work outs, most worked on are bis, tris, traps, abs, delts and pecs then I do what ever I want after that like legs, obliqes, back. Im trying to make my bis/tris bigger at the moment so they are slightly chunkier than my shoulders so it looks like I got somthing.

Ive slowed down on my running for the army, I always do 10 mins warm up at the gym on the steepest incline. Sundays still going for my cross country 6 - 8 miles with my uncle. Ill have to start back up with the sprints and stuff again, I need more energy.

Tom

We were advised by a professional weight lifter. He was on 40g of creatine a day and 6 litres of water and 22stone!
