Default serious doubts with creatine ethyl ester's effectiveness

ok i have run creatine ethyl for roughly 6 - 8 weeks, i can't remember.

when i first went on monohydrate i notice big changes straight away, namely increase ab and bicep definition within 2 weeks. With CEE i'm yet to be convinced that it has actually done ANYTHING to be honest.......

think i might revert back to monohydrate.

i started it during my cut with ECA..

when i last did a cut i also starting monohydrate and found that losing the fat + creatine made my abs look awesome. This time it was just fat loss which brought out abs, and i looked ok but not that good, well nothing extra special to note anyway.

I've been using it for nearly 3 weeks now and can't say I'm impressed. Previously used Creatamax with good results. I'm gonna keep going for a few more weeks and see if anything happens.

CEE worked awesome for me!

i don't know what to say... everyone i've talked to that has tried CEE has loved it!

nick i don't know why your abs and creatine definition would increase from creatine? if anything it would decrease if the creatine was working porperly, that is a very poor way to judge creatine, creatine is not a fat loss product, creatine actually increases water retention and if anything it can make you look fatter, it won't make you look more lean that will be in your diet brah

i noticed little changes from creatine in terms of my appearance, apart from a little bloat that it usually gives me, the real changes came in the gym, its really amped my training up

how much are you taking, you should be on 3-4g pre workout and 3-4 post workout if you want to get the most out of it

Just to contradict what you were saying godfather about creatine being useless for fat loss, this is quoted from ChefX over at MW

The reason for taking creatine isn't for the muscle it puts on but the chemichal environment it prodcues in muscle aka muscle contractions. Think about it...
muscles use ATP to contract and when they run out (takes 1.5 seconds they turn to CP aka CREATINEphosphate and the more of that you have the more you can do a mor muscular contraction. this sets the muscle up for a type 2 c environemnt in other words able to lift heavier weights for more reps!!! More strength for more reps means chemical manipulation... Growth Hormone release!!! which equals... less fat and harder muscles!

people don't realize, creatine lets yoiu train harder longer getting more fat loss and harder muscles. SSSOOoooooo creatine is for FAT LOSS!!! or to help keep you from getting fat while bulking.

Chef knows his stuff so take it how you will.....
