| Making Progress | I can't stomach it at all. Im on my 3rd supplement I've bought, and I don't get along well with them. I've tried them in water and milk, I've tried halfing the serving, nothing works. I'm on Creatine (Mono), ZMA and ALA at the moment. I usualy have an Omlette after training for protein, but thats only 4 eggs. Maybe protein bars might be my only solution? All looking very expensive though. Any help greatly appretiated, Tom. |

As steve said they are not essential but help when you have to get alot of protein. Either that or try a garry special tuna drink. What flapjacks are they tom? | Making Progress | They are Whey protein ones from Peak Body 15.01Grams per bar. Box of 21 for 18, works out at 85p, I think they are 1.50 at my gym, I'll have to check. My gym seems to stock a few products from Peak Body. I saw some other ones on the net, Chocolate Orange, I almost orderd myself a shipment Quote:

That way you can leave it in the fridge and drink throughout the day. You can still mix up high quality shakes without the protein. Yes there optional, but i think it would be a good idea to persevere and try and find a shake you can drink. Nectar do some great flavours if its the usual chocolate / strawberry / vanilla you cant handle. www.ClaytonSupplements.Co.Uk ______________________ www.ClaytonSupplements.Com 4AD - M1T - Superdrol - 1AD - Still Availible !
