are these "bulk" weight gainers not full of simple sugars ?

Im not a hard gainer, nor am i wnating to bulk up at all so if my waistline gets shoogly Id know it would be due to these products!!

If im wanting to put on pure lean muscle then why should I opt for a weight gainer and not just a pure whey protein??

I think you'd be better of with Whey or Protein (obviously Extreme! ), you don't need the extra carbs if you are of a predisposition which allows fat storage.
