Prolab N-Large seems to work well. Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass is also sometihng I'd like to try

CNP's Pro-Mass is in a league of its own when it comes to weight gainers

thats the only shit i'd use, i prefer MRP's like Met-RX though

have started to use monster food i bought after a pissed up eay session
also drink about 6 pints milk
1200 grams of tuna
and all the pasta i can stomach (a fair bit i have a good apetite)
need to fine tune my routeine a bit then i start building foundations for the m1t
