Lipoic Acid 500

Thursday I orderd myself some products from All-in1 www.sports-nutrition.net

4 lots of ZMA pills at 4 a pot for 90 pills, I just realised I got a pot of Lipoic Acid 500 in there instead of a pot of ZMA, this stuff costs 15 so what should I do?

Im thinking of sending it back, unless it is really worth keeping and it is going to turn me into a muscle monster over night?

wel unfortunately mate no product will turn u into a muscle monster over night so id send it back. Lipoic Acic (Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)) is an anti toxidant that I doubt u really do not have much use for

Not sure if this link will work just type ALA in on google im sure u will find alot of results. Anyway to cut a long story short just send it back

Email them. They may well send u an extra tub of ZMA and let u keep the ALA.

BTW, IMO ALA is a better supp than ZMA.

You were right, I get to keep the ALA and they are sending me a pot of ZMA.
