CEE on days off

It tasted like a mixture of salt and acid!!! I haven't got any way of makin caps so guess I will have to take it with my "stop bein a pussy you skinny little ****" juice!!! LOL gotta make my self drin k it some how.

i just put it in water and it dissolves really well, tastes like an extreme lemon/citrus mixed with salt, i find there is no aftertaste tho so if u can handle the mankyness of it for those 5 seconds then ur alright.

Atm i've just been taking 3grams a day, usually before workout, would it benefit me to split that dosage and take twice a day or change to 3grams twice a day?

Roughly how much is 3 grams (sounds stupid don't it!) I mean is it about a tea spoon?

3/4 teaspoon is about 3 grams according to nutraplanet, where i bought my powder. You can buy a " Cap 'Em Quick" and some empty capsules from bulknutrition.com... comes w/ instructions and all to make the caps. It's tedious, but it gets the job done 50 caps @ a time.

decided im going to invest in some. might sound stupid but is it ok for a 17 year old to use? due to the fact it so much stronger then mono.
