What would be the basic supps to take on a daily basis.

a good protein blend such as extremes whey

the only other thing i would reccomend would be extremes glutamine which you should take with every solid meal to make up the amino acid profile.

perhaps cycle creatine on and off for 6 weeks at a time if you fancy also.

Check out the supplement post by me in this section to see what others take personally i take an absolute shitload the most important of which are creatine whey protein and glutamin apart from the obvious fact that im doin a ph cycle at the moment
