Anyone know where I can get some at a reasonable price? I'm tempted to get some off ebay but apparently there is a lot of rip off merchants selling supplements.

u can get ZMA from anywhere its just minerals so just scout around the best websites discount supps (i get sick of saying this is) my personal favourite

The A stands for the fact that The zinc and magnesium content are both from aspartate the other ingredient is vitamin b6. Also some. of the Zinc content monomethionine. 1 ad is 1 androstenediol its a pro hormone. These products have similar effects to steroids and r only legal due to a loophole in the law and only 4 the next ten days thanx to the government.

I use a homemade version of ZMA. I buy the zinc, magnesium and vitamin b6 seperatly (from a discount store) and then take the correct dosage just before i go to bed.

The dosage is 450mg Magnesium, 30g Zinc and 10-12mg Vitamin B6.

It seems to be ok, i seem to be sleeping better and my strength has jumped in the gym recently. However this might just be the placebo effect from it, im not sure yet. I need to do more research on it.

so whats the deal with this b6 then? i wanna get strong so should i be taking it? also can anyone tell me what the purpose of taking flaxseed oil is? is it expensive and is it worth it? thanks dudes.... :shock:

I believe (unlike many supplements out there) there is worth in taking ZMA. I use Biotest ZMA. The is what the company says (the words pinch and salt come to mind);

If you wanna get strong, bust your ass in the gym. Make good healthy food choices, and consume as much lean protein as humanly possible, sort your post workout nutrition out. And get lots of sleep.

No supplement can beat the above for getting strong

I ordered Biotest zma from discount supplements, 90 capsules. Looking forward to trying them. I especially like the idea of them aiding sleep.

they might have stopped it already, but they do/did have a huge sale on all their products, ZMA was by far the best deal IMO... a months supply for only 4!!!
