Lemonade

I mixed some pure creatine with some lemonade, I was shaking it up, and top blew off. The presure is surprising as the lemonade is pretty much flat and from asda lol.. :twisted:

IS IT SAFE TO DRINK? :shock:

LOL i thourght that i was gunna post this aswell mate i told tom about this. I was at college i stuck it in a fizzy lukazade its ****ing exploded and drenched my jeans.

looked like i pissed myself its wasnt a gd day and il never add it in there again :shock:

I left some creatine in a glass with some water (a dribble) and the glass exploded(wlel not violently but still split) within a couplke of minutes........ !!!

a 3 amino acid protein molecule will not explode in water.

Carbonated drinks... maybe, but water... NO
