It's 67.5% protein, 16% carbs and 7% fat (all approx depending upon flavour). Extreme Protein is whey concentrate, casein, Soya isolate and wheat protein concentrate. The reason these ingredients were chosen is that they were the 4 which allowed us to best mimic the amino acid profile found in human muscle tissue. It's 76.5% protein, approx 5% fat and 6% carbs, contains 22 aminos and is only 0.2% sodium and 0.1 lactose. The reason we have both is that Whey is ideal at breakfast and after training when the body is best ready to absorb nutrients, Protein is ideal for before bed or throughout the day when you want a slow and steady absorption. We use a blend of protein sources in all our products because it allows better absorption and has a time release effect. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! I underestimated the amount of water i needed and ended up with about 1/2 pint of protein. Question is does any1 think it matters how much water u add? Cos 2 be honest id rather neck the slighter thicker 1/2pint than the whole pint. Cant see why it wud matter but just thought id check, dont want 2 be missing out. :? |

Its your preferance really, If I use an extra scoop I'll use more water. As long as it mixes enough and you get most of it down your neck - rather than stuck to the side of your container, its ok. |

I usually have about 300mls of water with 70g of whey protein as diluted too much it tastes awful. Go Ahead Vinegar, knock yourself out J ______________________ 50% of bodybuilding is nutrition 50% of body building is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above |
