I've never said I didn't regret taking the things or that I think that it wasn't a stupid idea, because I do.

Fortunally I'm Ok, went and got checks after I took the things and everything was ok, I'm not trying to be patronising, just trying to help people learn from my mistakes.

Product looks like garbage... i don't see the active ingredients doing anything. As for the apex stuff, i can definitely see where that would help in growing some muscles
